Apartment Regulations

§1 Subject matter of the regulations

  • The Regulations set out the rules for the provision of services, liability and stay in the Apartment and are an integral part of the contract.
  • The conclusion of the contract is reached by making a reservation (by phone or online), payment of a deposit or the entire amount due for the stay by the guest (renter), signing the registration card.
  • By concluding the contract, the Guest (lessee) confirms that he/she has read and accepts the terms and conditions of the Regulations and agrees to send invoices electronically to the Guest’s e-mail address indicated in the registration card.
  • Regulations apply to all guests of the apartment.
  • The Regulations are available at the Reception Desk, in the Apartment and on the website www.aparthotel-platinum.pl

§2 Check-in, Booking

  • Apartments are rented for days. The hotel day starts at 4:00 p.m. and ends at 11:00 the next day.
  • You can use the apartment only after completing the registration formalities and paying the full fee for your stay.
  • Reservation of the apartment is made as follows:
    • a. after submitting the offer, the landlord makes a preliminary reservation, which is confirmed by a message sent to the tenant via e-mail specifying the duration of the stay and the amount of the fee for the entire stay,
    • b. within 3 working days of receipt of the initial reservation, the Guest is required to pay a deposit in the amount specified in the confirmation of the reservation,
    • c. for the Guest’s shortening of the purchased stay, the Landlord will not refund for the unused period,
    • d. in case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
  • Refusal to complete and sign the registration card is equivalent to cancellation of the reservation and retention of the fee by the Lessor.
  • The landlord reserves the right to cancel a reservation without giving a reason for technical and other reasons beyond his control within 24 hours of making the reservation.
  • If the Guest wants to extend the stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival, the Guest should report this fact no later than 10 pm on the day before departure. The Landlord may not take into account the Guest’s wishes if there are no vacancies or if the Guest violates these Regulations.
  • The Landlord may refuse to accommodate a Guest who, during the previous stay, violated the Rules and Regulations of the Apartment, caused damage to the property of the Apartment or other Guests, or on the person of Guests, employees of the Apartment, or otherwise disrupted the operation of the Apartment.
  • A deposit of 500 PLN is charged to cover any additional charges, including extra cleaning, accommodation for additional guests and damage.
  • In certain cases (including New Year’s Eve), a deposit of 1,000 PLN is required.

§3 TERMS OF USE OF THE APARTMENT

  • The Guest does not have the right to transfer, share or sublet the released Apartment to third parties without the written consent of the Lessor
  • In the area of the apartment there is a curfew at hrs. 22.00-07.00.
  • Third parties without completed registration cards and not reported to the Landlord may not stay in the Apartment. The Guest bears full responsibility for the property left in the Apartment, the property of the Apartment as well as damage caused by these persons.
  • Due to fire protection requirements in the Apartment is not allowed to use any appliances powered by electricity or gas, which are not part of the equipment of these rooms and can create a fire hazard such as: electric heaters, heaters, irons and gas burners.
  • Before check-out, the annex should be cleaned (wash dishes, countertops, throw away leftover food). It is possible to clean the annex by the staff for 50 PLN after informing the reception in advance.
  • Whenever leaving the Apartment, the Guest is obliged to turn off the light, turn off the water and lock the Apartment.
  • Smoking in the apartment is prohibited.
  • Parking in front of the building is paid, and the rates payable are determined by the SPP in Szczecin. The Landlord is not responsible for damage or loss of the vehicle belonging to the Guest, as well as for non-payment or incorrect payment of the fee for parking in the paid parking zone.
  • Parking in the courtyard is chargeable and the rates payable are set by the landlord. The landlord is not responsible for damage or loss of a vehicle belonging to a Guest.
  • It is forbidden without the permission of the authorized person to record or use in any way the image of the apartment.
  • It is possible to stay with pets for an additional fee of 80 zl per night for each animal. We accept a maximum of 2 pets.

§4 RESPONSIBILITY OF GUESTS

  • Guests are fully responsible for any damage or destruction of furnishings and other equipment in the Apartment, even if caused unintentionally.
  • The Guest is obliged to immediately notify the Landlord of any damage to the property/equipment of the Apartment, as well as report any other irregularities immediately.
  • The landlord is not responsible for loss of or damage to items belonging to guests
  • If items left by the Guest in the Apartment are found (after leaving it), they can be collected within 30 days from the date of check-out.
  • It is prohibited to take photos in the facility and especially to publish them later without the permission of the facility owner. A fee of PLN 1,000 per photo will be imposed for violation of this rule.

§5 SERVICES

At the request of Guests, the Reception provides the following services free of charge, such as:

  • (a) Providing information related to residence and travel (subject to availability),
  • (b) ordering a cab (subject to availability),
  • (c) ordering events available to tourists (within availability).

§6 ADDITIONAL FEES

  • In case of violation of these regulations, the Guest will be charged an additional fee. The amount of additional fees is as follows (net prices):
    • a) oversized cleaning: 250 zł
    • (b) administrative fee (disturbance of the quiet of the night, disturbance of other residents and Guests, presence of unregistered persons in the apartment after 22:00): PLN 500
    • (c) destruction/theft of a television: PLN 1500
    • (d) towel destruction/theft: 50 zł/small, 75 zł/bath towel, 25 zł/kitchen cloth
    • (e) destruction/theft of bedding: 50 zlotys/sheets, 30 zlotys/sheets, 20 zlotys/cloth sheet, 200 zlotys/quilt, 100 zlotys/pillowcase, 60 zlotys/sheets, 60 zlotys/sheet
    • f) destruction/theft of crockery: PLN 15/glass, PLN 15/cup, PLN 25/glass, PLN 15/small plate, PLN 25/large plate (depending on the type and quantity)
    • g) flooding of the sofa/bed: 250 zł
    • (h) destruction of a chair: PLN 150-300
    • (i) destruction/theft of a painting: PLN 150.
    • j) wall cleaning/painting – 25 zl/m2
    • k) replacement of a window – PLN 1500
    • l) repair of the shower cabin – PLN 1500
    • (m) other damage – in accordance with the cost of repair
    • n) use of the image of the apartment – PLN 1000
    • o) surcharge for more people in the apartment than stated in the reservation – 80 zł per person
    • p) loss/theft of a key – PLN 500
    • r) smoking – 500 zloty
    • s) children up to 3 years old – free of charge, children over 3 years old – PLN 50 per night.
  • If the Guest violates the Rules, the Landlord shall impose an additional fee on the Guest within 7 days from the date of disclosure of the damage.

§7 STAYING WITH ANIMALS

  • Guests staying at Aparthotel Platinum have the right, after prior notification at the Reception for an additional fee (80 PLN/day/animal) to live with an animal in the apartments designated by Aparthotel Platinum. A deposit of 500 PLN is charged.
  • The owner of the dog is obliged to carry the animal’s health booklet with current vaccinations, including mandatory rabies shots, as well as a muzzle and leash.
  • Aparthotel Platinum prohibit arrival with animals of breeds commonly considered dangerous or aggressive, in particular:
    American Pit Bull Terrier, Mallorquin Dog – Perro de Presa Mallorguin, American Bulldog, Argentine Dog, Canary Dog – Perro de Presa Canario, Tosa Inu, Rottweiler, Akbash Dog, Anatolian Karabash, Moscow Watchdog, Caucasian Shepherd.
  • The owner is obliged to provide the dog with: a leash, muzzle, bowl, towel for wiping paws and bedding, as well as a bag for excrement.
  • Upon request, we offer the possibility of delivering a bowl and a small bed to the apartment within the limits of availability.
  • The dog on the premises of the resort must be on a leash and muzzled under full control of the owner.
  • An animal cannot disturb the rest of people staying at the Platinum Aparthotel. The animal cannot make noise or disturb the peace and quiet on the property, especially inside the building and in the apartment.
  • It is forbidden to leave your pet unattended on the premises of the Property, including inside the apartment.
  • During your stay at Aparthotel Platinum, apartments with pets will be cleaned only when the pet is not in the apartment.
  • The guest undertakes to immediately clean up the animal’s waste. In order to meet its physiological needs, the dog should be taken outside the premises of the Platinum Aparthotel.
  • The Guest bears full financial responsibility for any kind of damage, dirt or destruction in the equipment and technical devices of the Facility made by the animal.
  • The owner of the animal releases Aparthotel Platinum and its employees from any liability for all damage caused by animals to third parties and their property.
  • The amount of the damage fee will be determined by Aparthotel Platinum.
  • The owner of the animal is obliged to comply with all remarks of the staff and management of the Facility, clarifying the rules of stay of the animal on the premises of Aparthotel Platinum.
  • For failure to comply with the aforementioned regulations Aparthotel Platinum reserves the right to impose a financial penalty including refusal of further stay of guests, and the owner at the same time undertakes to leave the premises of Aparthotel Platinum with the animal.
  • In case of repeated complaints of other guests of Aparthotel Platinum about the behavior of the animal, the Facility reserves the right to refuse further services (in particular, stay) to the owner of the animal.

§8 FINAL PROVISIONS

  • Signing the registration cards by the Guest indicates that he/she has read and accepts the regulations and agrees to send invoices electronically to the Guest’s e-mail address indicated in the registration card.
  • The guest agrees to the storage and processing of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended) by Aparthotel Platinum, ul. Marszałka Józefa Piłsudskiego 27, 70-461 Szczecin for the needs necessary for the Guest’s stay in the Apartment and for the Guest to use other services provided by the Landlord. The guest has the right to access and correct his or her personal data.
  • The guest agrees to send an SMS message to the phone number provided, containing a request for an evaluation or opinion on the services provided, the completed reservation or stay or purchase at Aparthotel Platinum. Consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time.
  • Guests may not make changes to the Apartment and its furnishings.
  • In any situation, the landlord reserves the right to issue breakfast in the form of served rather than buffet.
